Let this go. There should be no outrage. The law aspect of this is simple...YOU CANNOT PROVE PREMEDITATION OR INTENT ......IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CAUSE OF DEATH...PERIOD....END OF STORY. Jose Baez DID NOT WIN THE CASE...The Prosecution LOST THE CASE. He is a marginally competent trial lawyer at bestwho took unethical liberties with the truth and the facts (IMHO). I wish these talking heads would just let this be. The system worked here. The jury did what they had to do given the evidence. The blame is on the killer/mother and the prosecutors who brought a flimsy case into the court house.
Now we watch the REALLY sad part...all of these people trying to make money in our reality TV society. DISGUSTING!
I will pray for that little girl every day until my last. As for the PIG that was her mother....karma is a bitch....her downfall is a foregone conclusion in this life or the next.
